Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange subject to the following terms.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE

In the event of return, please send your merchandise back to the address provided on your Returns Form, that is included inside your package. Please note that return/exchange is in terms of a merchandise only. We do not refund.

IMPORTANT RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION

  • We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if returned to us.
  • Please make sure to fill the ‘Returns form’ that is provided along with your merchandise. Kindly attach the copy while returning the merchandise.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs charged by the carrier to return your merchandise.
  • List the items you want to exchange on the Returns Form provided and send the items back to us using the address listed on the form.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange.
  • Your replacement merchandise will be dispatched to you in 7-10 business days.
  • Your merchandise has to be exchanged for another item for the SAME VALUE ONLY
